Dedicated to the surgical neurosciences, he obtained his M.D. in Neurosurgery and pursued subspecialty fellowships in France, gaining expertise in complex skull base procedures and neuroendoscopic techniques.

Dr. Abdelkader's career spans military healthcare administration and global relief:

  • Departmental Directorship: Serves as the Head of the Neurosurgery Department at the International Medical Center (IMC) of the Egyptian Armed Forces, holding the rank of Major General.

  • Global Humanitarian Service: Deployed as a neurosurgery consultant for the United Nations Hospital in South Sudan, providing specialized trauma and surgical care in austere settings.
